The Health-Related Behavior Survey – Reserve Component is currently being conducted for National Guard and Reserve Units. The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Personnel Readiness (USDP&R) in coordination with Reserve Affairs is sponsoring this survey. The questionnaire contains items about health related behaviors such as diet, exercise, drug, alcohol, and tobacco use.
