Enhancing Code Blue Team Effectiveness Leveraging TeamSTEPPS® – Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)

The session will feature multiple staff from the Christiana Care system. Their presentation will focus on the development and implementation of a training curriculum for Code Blue team leaders, who can lead and shape expected team behaviors through the use of TeamSTEPPS tools such as briefs, call-outs, check-backs and post-code debriefs.
