Immunization Lifelong Learners Short Course (ILLSC): Fort Sill, OK

The Immunization Lifelong Learners Short Course (ILLSC) is an abbreviated one-day face-to-face course designed to ensure health care personnel are trained in vaccine policy, vaccine safety, and effectiveness based on the Joint Regulation on Immunizations and Chemoprophylaxis for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases, Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) guidelines and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations for immunization practice. Health care personnel working within Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) or affiliated field settings are encouraged to attend this course.

Continuing education is available for this activity. Registration is required through BOTH Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) and the Medical Occupational Data System (MODS), regardless of whether or not you want continuing education credits. If you already have an account with MODS, there is no need to create another one. Your existing account should allow you to register.

  • Authenticate and log in to JKO.
  • Click on "Course Catalog" and scroll down to "Search Catalog."
  • Under "Course Number," enter "US498-CR," and click "Enroll."
  • Acknowledge the Academic Integrity Notice.
  • Choose section 022 and click "Enroll" again.
