If you have been anywhere between northern Georgia to New York and west to the Mississippi River, without a doubt you are aware of the Brood X cicadas. Did you know that there can be as many as 1.5 million cicadas per acre in these areas? Trillions of cicadas have been and will be emerging and singing their songs through the end of July, or perhaps longer. Join entomologist Kevin Harkins of the Army Public Health Center to learn more about these amazing insects. Have your questions ready for the expert!
