TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS) premium rates are established annually on a calendar year (CY) basis in accordance with Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.), Section (Sec.) 1076d and Title 32, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 199.24. The TRS monthly premiums for CY 2014 shall be the rates listed in the table inside this document.

Revised Policy for Active Duty Health Professions/Financial Assistance Program Stipend and Annual Grant Amount 1874-13

Title 10, United States Code, Section 2121, paragraph (d), directs the Secretary of Defense to annually adjust the amount of the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program and Financial Assistance Program (AFHPSP/FAP) stipend. Effective July 1, 2013, the monthly stipend for the F. Edward Hebert AFHPSP/FAP participants for the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 school year will increase from $2,122.00 per month to $2,157.30 per month. The annual grant for F AP participants will remain at the ceiling of $45,000.
