The challenges we faced in 2020 took unprecedented effort and sacrifices from frontline health workers to protect and care for our people, maintain readiness, and support the national COVID-19 response. This new year is an opportunity to build on lessons learned in 2020 to ensure we are more resilient as individuals, as communities, as a military, and as a nation. Even though the new year promises to continue many of the challenges of 2020, we can salute our health and envision ways to overcome those challenges by taking care of our entire body, mind, and spirit in 2021.
