A person who works for, or with, the Recovery Coordination Program (RCP) that provides recovering service members (RSMs) with meaningful activity that positively impacts wellness and rehabilitation of the RSM. The RCP offers a formal means of transition back to military service or to the civilian workforce by placing them in internships, to the extent authorized by law.
