A program that provides over-arching management of the PHA, to include: DHA procedural instruction; update and maintenance of the PHA tool in accordance with the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendations; development of information management and information technology specifications and requirements; targeted health education for the Service member; record reviewer and health care provider education; and quality assurance measures.
