Doctoral-level clinical psychologists who are military members or civil servants in the DOD, complete required BSS training and necessary refresher training developed by the Secretary of the Army as described in Paragraph 2.8., and are assigned exclusively to provide consultative services to support authorized law enforcement, detention operations, or intelligence activities.
