A briefing that consists of information from, at a minimum, physical evaluation board liaison officer (PEBLOs), military services coordinators (MSCs), and government legal counsel, and establishes service member expectations; prepares service members for each stage of the disability evaluation system (DES) process; and informs service members of what is expected of them during the DES process.
