The purpose of this MOU is to authorize Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical facilities to dispense pharmaceuticals to eligible TRICARE beneficiaries in VA medical facilities, and to receive reimbursement through the Department of Defense's (DOD's) TRICARE Retail Pharmacy Contract.
