Navy Surgeon General RADM Bruce Gillingham and Kevin Mahoney, Chief Executive Officer for the University of Pennsylvania Health System, hold the signed agreement that starts a three-year partnership.

This partnership will work to develop a blueprint for future partnerships between the military and civilian health systems, and will be of great benefit to both parties.
