An individual with a doctor of medicine, doctor of osteopathy, or doctor of podiatric medicine degree who is licensed by the recognized licensing agency of a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, and privileged to practice medicine in a DOD MTF.
