The Health Matters Newsletters contains news stories and benefit information specific to each region. It also includes tips for healthy living.
The most recent issue features information about:

- Cancer screenings
- Vaccines
- The Military Health System Nurse Advice Line
- The TRICARE Formulary Search Tool
