Operation Holistic Warrior strengthens soldier readiness through nutrition

During a hands-on cooking class, U.S. Army Capt. Anthony P. Paradis, a performance dietitian with the 8th Medical Brigade, teaches soldiers how to prepare nutritious meals and make informed dietary choices. The instruction provides practical skills soldiers can use at home and share with members of their units.
