Education & Training

The Military Health System includes a robust, innovative, enterprise-wide system to maximize education and training opportunities so we ensure a Ready Medical Force and a Medically Ready Force. DHA leads standardized, high-value education and training activities at all levels, for service members, health care providers of all types, and the DHA global workforce. DHA’s Education and Training Directorate directs an enterprise-wide learning management system to support the requirements of each military service and coordinate medical education activities and resources. By consolidating and streamlining administrative and oversight functions, DHA leverages Ready Reliable Care principles as it supports a diverse array of medical education and training programs, initiatives, and schools. Workforce professional development and sustainment programs also contribute to the organization’s commitment to a Fulfilled Staff.
