HRSA’s National Maternal Mental Health Hotline
The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline can help. Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262). TTY users can use a preferred relay service or dial 711 and then 1-833-852-6262.
The number can be used by military personnel, but individuals may be charged a fee for calls or texts based on country location.
- While the Hotline is available and accessible to military personnel outside of the Continental United States, Hotline staff may not be able to connect them with providers in their home country.
- With 24/7 availability, and support in English, Spanish, and 60 on-demand additional languages via voice and text, connecting with a trained counselor who can provide evidence-based resources and referrals is impactful.
