Establishes the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) procedures to provide overarching guidance, implement procedures, and manage aspects of the Defense Health Program’s (DHP) Financial Management of Information Technology (IT), Systems and Services for the Military Health System (MHS) enterprise.
