The Pharmacy Operations Division has created a collection of pharmacy data reports, slides and reference documents that military hospital and clinic pharmacies may find both useful and interesting. Among the many files are the Leakage Report (military hospital and clinic provider scripts filled in retail); the Uniform Formulary Drug Utilization Review (Detailed utilization data); and the Controlled Substance Provider Report. All reports include data for every military hospital and clinic enterprise-wide.
This information can be found in the CarePoint information portal (CAC required). Take a look at the CarePoint gallery before you order a report from the POSC+ in case what you're looking for is already available.
If the prepared reports don't address your needs, you can request Pharmacy Data Warehouse data from the POSC+ via a form.
