A statement or documentation that is made by a representative of a laboratory that has a history of having maintained a commitment to compliance and of taking corrective action when required; is realistic in terms of its being possible to accomplish the required corrective action between the date of the exit conference and the date of the allegation; and indicates that the problem has been resolved.
