The DOD Instruction 6055.12 Hearing Conservation Program now requires hearing protector fit testing for all DOD programs. This task force focuses on:
- Creating a central program for equipment evaluation, buying, and management.
- Making document management and HPFT training consistent across the DOD.
- Finding ways to achieve the goals of the DOD HPFT program.
