Definition:

A meeting between a Service member and a person with medical training such as medic or corpsman, physician assistant, physician, or nurse to ensure the health and well-being of the Service member. Components of this evaluation include reviewing the history, events surrounding the injury, review of symptoms, a physical examination, and a review of the treatment plan with the Service member.
