The Department of Defense (DOD) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee (henceforth, P&T Committee) is responsible for development and maintenance of the TRICARE Uniform Formulary that is based on clinically appropriate, cost-effective, and rational therapy recommendations.
